1985年結成、グラインドコアのオリジン的バンドの１つでもあるベルギーのAGATHOCLES。
本作は1990年発表のDRUDGEとのスプリット音源、1991年発表のLUNATIC INVANTIONとのスプリット音源、コロンビアリリースで当時は入手困難だったAVERNOとのスプリットを1枚にまとめたコレクションアルバム。
1991年ぐらいまでのAGXはハードコアをベースにしたストレートなグラインドコアでオススメ。
初期NAPALM DEATHや80sノイズコアファンはもちろんオールドスクールグラインドコアファンには絶対的にオススメです。
初期のAGATHOCLES、特にドラムがBurt在籍時の2000年ぐらいまでの音源はどれも素晴らしい内容です。
オリジナルを持ってない人にも嬉しい再発です。

14 - 24 were recorded between 1989 and 1991 on several places in Europe. These recordings are taken from the Agathocles / Lunatic Invasion split LP.
25 - 34 were recorded between 1992 and 1993 on several places in Europe. These recordings are taken from the Agathocles / Averno split LP.
