PESTILENCEのMartin Van Drunenが加入前ですがASPHYXの真骨頂ともいえるヘヴィでオドロオドロしいデスメタルパートとまとわりつくようなデスヴォーカルが素晴らしい。
ディスク2には初期7インチやデモ音源など全16曲も追加収録してのジャケ違い2枚組再発。これは全死亡金属野郎は完全マストです!!
